First things first is what everyone is probably wondering... does this even work? Short and sweet answer is yes, it does, I've been using it at the gym, and during my daily routines and let me tell you THERE'S A DIFFERENCE. I used this instead of a pre-workout because there are days I don't want to feel jittery and spazzy at the gym, ifykyk. I work at night and sometimes have difficulties staying awake during my shift but this stuff really does help with that A LOT.
