By subscribing to any product or service, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Subscription Billing
Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis according to the plan selected at checkout (monthly or otherwise).
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize SeoulYou Performance to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until the subscription is canceled.
Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting customer support.
Cancellations will apply to future billing cycles only.
You will not be charged after a successful cancellation has been processed.
No Retroactive Refunds
Subscription charges that have already been processed are non-refundable.
We do not provide refunds or partial refunds for unused subscription periods unless required by law or in cases of billing error.
Failed Payments
If a subscription payment fails, we may retry the payment method or suspend access to subscription benefits until payment is successfully processed.
Changes or Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue subscription offerings at any time.
We may also cancel subscriptions in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of our Terms of Service.
