Refund policy

This Refund & Return Policy is part of our Terms of Service. By purchasing from SeoulYou Performance, you agree to this policy in full.

Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery only.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In original sealed packaging
  • In resellable condition

For safety and hygiene reasons, any opened, used, or tampered products are strictly non-returnable under any circumstances.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used consumable products
  • Any item not in original sealed packaging
  • Clearance or discounted items
  • Promotional or limited-run items
  • Special order items

Return Approval

All returns must be approved before being sent back.

We reserve the right to inspect all returned items upon receipt and reject any return that does not meet our requirements. Rejected items may be returned to the customer at their expense.

Refund Options

Approved returns may be issued as:

  • Store credit (recommended option)
  • Exchange
  • Refund to original payment method

Store credit is issued at full product value and does not expire.

Refund Fees

Refunds to the original payment method are subject to a 5% processing and restocking fee, deducted from the total refund amount.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion. Return shipping may be covered if the issue is verified.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before processing or shipment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow this Return Policy.

Processing Time

All returns are subject to inspection and approval.

Processing time may take 3–7 business days after receipt of the returned item.

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time without notice. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
